We are delighted to share that as of October, Emily and Moshe Zaghi are the proud new owners of Kiddie Academy of Whitestone and Kiddie Academy of Flushing! As parents to three daughters—ages 9, 7, and 2 (who’s thriving as a Kiddie Academy toddler!)— and the owners of Kiddie Academy of Floral Park, Emily and Moshe bring a genuine understanding of what families look for in early childhood education.
The Zaghis are passionate about more than just academics; they care deeply about fostering social and emotional growth in children. Their goal is to create a nurturing environment where kids feel confident, supported, and excited to learn, while parents feel assured their child is in great hands.
Emily, with her experience as a CPA and nonprofit operations leader, focuses on building strong teams and ensuring every family’s experience is positive and personal. Together with Moshe, they’re dedicated to maintaining the high-quality care and community-focused culture that Kiddie Academy is known for, while also exploring new ways to engage and support families.
The Zaghis are excited to connect with the community through partnerships like Macaroni Kids, a fantastic resource for family-friendly activities. Emily and Moshe had already utilized Macaroni Kids prior to this partnership in their search for fun and engaging weekend activities for their 3 daughters.
Recently introduced by Judy and Diane, the Director and Assistant Director of Kiddie Academy of Whitestone, Emily had the pleasure of meeting Grace, the Director of Macaroni Kids Northeast Queens, whose own children attended Kiddie Academy of Whitestone (and still speak about it until this day- 10+ years later!). This partnership is just one example of how the Zaghis are building meaningful connections to better serve local families.
