Meet Rosie Lu, an exceptional Girl Scout from Conron Troop in Whitestone, NY.
Rosie is working on her Gold Award, the highest award given to a Girl Scout.
Her project was inspired by her passion and love for photography and wanting other children to have some photography education, which is hard to find.
